This course is designed for those who have not studied vacuum technology professionally and aims to provide them with the minimum necessary knowledge of vacuum technology , including basics of vacuum technology, vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, vacuum materials, vacuum equipment, and safety. All lectures and questions will be given in English.

■13:40-14:40 Vacuum gauges and their measurement prinsiples
■14:50-15:50 Vacuum pumps and their pumping principles
■16:00-17:00 Materials for use in vacuum, vacuum equipment, and safety
