Our skill management system, "Skillnote," is a cloud service that allows for the centralized management and operation of skill maps (ability management tables) that have traditionally been managed using Excel, etc. By registering on-site skill/education data in the cloud and making it more visible, it enables planned human resource development and allocation using skill data, contributing to solving human resource management issues in manufacturing companies, such as skill transfer, multi-skilled worker development, and immediate workforce readiness.
